MolScanner is a global brand of Chemical.AI that focuses on developing synthetic building blocks and pharmaceutical intermediates (collectively referred to as building blocks, BBs) that are cutting-edge, novel in structure, high in potential value, or critical to drug development. As Chemical.AI's core business segment in the field of building blocks, MolScanner leverages the strong advantages of parent company in the field of AI pharmaceuticals and combines its own CDMO business platform to provide building block design and synthesis route optimization services, efficient customized synthesis services, and production process development and optimization services for pharmaceutical R&D groups, scientific research institutions, and drug R&D laboratories around the world.
MolScanner has modern standardized R&D laboratories, pilot laboratories and ton-level production workshops, equipped with complete laboratory equipment and cutting-edge reaction devices, such as continuous flow reactors, microwave reactors and photochemical reactors, etc. In addition, MolScanner uses the AI retrosynthesis algorithm analysis platform and automated high-throughput reaction platform independently developed by the parent company to achieve automated synthesis of target molecules. This is a new chemical synthesis model with functions such as automated analysis of synthesis routes and calculation of reaction costs, automated feeding, synthesis and analytical separation, and is particularly suitable for batch synthesis of high-value building blocks.

MolScanner has a professional chemical team and AI technical team, who have extensive experience in the design and mining of building blocks, synthesis of pharmaceutical intermediates, and the application of AI in drug synthesis. All team members have a bachelor's degree or above, and R&D personnel account for nearly 50%. At the same time, MolScanner has also formed a team with rich management experience, who maintain the normal development of projects, the normal operation of automated laboratories, and ensure the timely delivery of products with guaranteed quality and quantity.
